What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following two main payment methods:

• PayPal: fengify We primarily use PayPal to process secure payments. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover via PayPal. 

• Secure credit card payment:   We also accept credit card payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. 

In which currency will I be charged?

All our transactions are processed in EUR. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the appropriate conversion rate for your chosen currency, depending on which website you are visiting.

Do you offer a 3- or 4-instalment payment plan?

We accept three payment methods.

How can I change or amend my order?

If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact us via our  support centre. 

Please note that we can help you change your order before it is dispatched.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, we cannot make any changes.

What should I do if I haven’t received a confirmation email?

If you haven’t received an email confirmation for your order, you may have entered your email address incorrectly when placing the order, or the email may be in your spam folder. You can log in to your account to view your orders. You can also contact us for more information about your order.
