Returns and Refunds

RETURNS

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of purchase. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and must not be damaged in any way.

RETURN PROCEDURES

Return postage is free in certain cases. If you return an item and the reason for the return is not due to a fault on the part of fengify.com, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund (approximately 100 Swedish kronor).

Refund

Once we have received the returned goods and completed the inspection, we will refund the money to your original payment account within 24 hours. We will send you an email notification once the returns process has been completed.

Cancellation of an order

You can cancel your order up to 1 day after the order date, and we will process your order within 3 days. If the item has already been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
